About
Our Mission
Melanie found her passion for yoga in her thirties after having multiple injuries from years of distance running and dance. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2020, deepening her practice through the pandemic. Starting off her journey to stay in shape, what she gained was far more than a fit body, but an expansion of her thoughts, and a calm to her mind. She believes in a balanced mind, body, and spirit and loves to share her love of yoga and nutrition. Although she is a yoga teacher, she continues to learn from her students and believes everyone can learn from each other. Sharing knowledge is wealth. She currently holds bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Nutritional Science and is attaining a master's degree in Dietetics.
